We had an absolutely amazing experience at The Silk Boston! Every dish was creative and bursting with flavor. The deconstructed samosa noodles were such a fun and delicious twist, the flatbread was perfectly crisp and flavorful, and the biryani was aromatic and beautifully spiced. We ended with a Panna Cotta that was simply divine—light, creamy, and the perfect finish to a wonderful meal. The cocktails were just as impressive, and the staff made the whole evening even better with their warm hospitality. Absolutely loved this place! The concept of combining cuisines is unique and very well executed. The food was very delicious; a standout for me was definitely the shrimp linguine—a great combination of Italian and Indian cooking. We also had probably the best chicken biriyani I’ve tried in Boston, actually spicy and authentic, which was amazing. Staff were super courteous and quick, and the inside is BEAUTIFUL. Also, we got the chai crème brûlée for dessert, another hit. I’ve never tried anything like it! Overall, 10/10 recommend!
